Vegetable Carving

Carved vegetables are a true characteristic of Chin-Ind restaurants. My father never ceases to amaze me with the beautiful carved vegetables he makes for the dishes. He can carve a flower in the blink of an eye. All these years, I have only watched him make several kinds of flowers, but my mother told me that he used to make fish and birds out of vegetables. He rejected me countless times when I asked him to show me, but for ThingsThatTalk, he is willing to show his tricks.
