Lightsticks for everyone!

This bird-shaped lightstick is called the Ahgabong, belonging to group GOT7.

Slowly every big group began to design their own lightstick. Custom, and sometimes whacky designs that would catch the eye and be memorable so you could say “Hey! I like that one, which group is it from?”. Functions were added to make lightsticks vibrate, they could connect to wifi/bluetooth to react to the setlist of a concert. Some were even designed with disabled fans with limited hearing and eyesight in mind.

A lit up stadium became what a K-Pop group’s popularity is measured by. Stadiums would light up with the colors of the performing artists like multicolored stars in a dark sky.
